Blessed are you, O Lord God, Sovereign of the Universe, for the gifts You have given us from the abundance of creation. Help us to share our bounteous blessings with the people among whom we live and with whom we share community.

Help us never to forget the needs of the sick and the infirm, those who live alone, those with no one to care for them, those who struggle to find the resources they need to live, for those who need linguistic resources to help them flourish, for prisoners and captives, and for all those in any sort of distress—economic, spiritual, emotional, or physical.

Inspire all of us who work and assist the ministry of A Faith That Does Justice to serve You as we serve one another. Make these words hold more than words, and give us the strength and courage that we need to work for justice and the well-being of all people.
