A Faith That Does Justice, Inc.’s (“AFTDJ”, “we” or “us”) cares about your privacy and the security of the information that you submit through the website, www.faith-justice.org, (including all Site Content (as defined below), the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes how we use and share the information that we collect from and about you on the Site.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made part of our Terms of Use. When you make a donation on the Site, AFTDJ does not collect or maintain your financial account, credit card or debit card information. We fully outsource our credit card and payment processing to reputable third parties that comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.

How We Use Your Information

We use the Personal Information and Usage Data we collect through the Site for a number of purposes, including to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and requests;
  • Register you for and provide to you newsletters, events, volunteer opportunities and other services offered through the Site;
  • Process your donations and deliver to you a receipt;
