Grab & Go Meal Program

Our Grab & Go Meal program provides free meals for people in Boston experiencing homelessness and food insecurity. Grounded in our belief that all people deserve to share in the goods of God’s creation, our volunteers prepare and provide meals to people in need with dignity and compassion.

Nearly 4,500 Bostonians experience homelessness on any given night and according to the 2024 US Census Bureau’s US Household Pulse Survey, 18.4% of Massachusetts households reported experiencing food insecurity.

Our faith calls us to walk in solidarity with the marginalized, to feed the hungry, and to give back to our community. Our Grab & Go meal program to offers free, convenient meals for people in need.

A Calling Grounded in Faith

Our late founder, Father Peter Gyves, SJ, MD, held a series of conversations with leaders and policymakers in Boston and beyond to understand the root causes of homelessness, poverty, and food insecurity – and what people of faith can do to help those in need. Watch those conversations and join us in our work to feed the hungry.
